The rate is shown at checkout, based on the delivery address. Series 1 does not ship outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States).
Delivery times
Series 1 is made to order. Pre-orders close on 08.11 at 11:59pm Paris time, then the series goes into production.
- Shipping planned between 27.11 and 04.12.
- A tracking email is sent when the order ships.
- The pickup point is chosen right after payment, on the confirmation page.
Returns and exchanges
Return or cancel an order
Sign in to the customer account with the email address used for the order. A sign-in code is sent by email, no password needed. The order list then shows a return or cancel button for each order.
Go to my ordersYou have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. The piece must be returned unworn, unwashed, with its label.
- To start a return: from the customer account (Orders, Returns and cancellations), or by writing to hello@burnoutclub-paris.com with the order number.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- The refund is made within 14 days of the request, to the original payment method. It may be held until the piece is received.
Size exchange: made through a return followed by a new order, depending on the sizes still available in the series. If the size is no longer available, the piece is refunded. The serial number of the new piece may differ.
