Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on burnoutclub-paris.com by a consumer. The seller is Valentine Blanc, sole trader (Burnout Club), whose details are on the Contact information page. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

2. Products

Burnout Club pieces are made in limited series and numbered by hand. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may appear depending on the screen.

3. Pre-orders

Some pieces are sold as pre-orders, as stated on the product page.

  • Pre-orders are open for a limited time. Production starts once they close.
  • The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page and in the order confirmation email.
  • Each piece's serial number is assigned in order of purchase.
  • If shipping is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the announced date, the customer is informed by email and may cancel the order for a full refund within 14 days.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code: the displayed price is the price paid, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

5. Ordering and payment

An order is final once payment is confirmed. Payment is taken when the order is placed, including for pre-orders. Accepted methods: bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and the local methods shown at checkout. Payments are secured by Shopify Payments and PayPal; the seller never has access to card details. A confirmation email is sent after the order.

6. Shipping

Shipping within France and the European Union only, to a pickup point or to the door depending on the country. Times and rates are set out in the shipping policy. The customer checks the parcel on receipt and reports any damage to the carrier and by email within 48 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw, without giving a reason. Details are in the return and refund policy.

8. Legal guarantees

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which provides for repair or replacement of a non-conforming product, or failing that a refund, within 2 years of delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Requests are made by email to hello@burnoutclub-paris.com.

9. Personal data

Data collected is used to process orders and, with the customer's consent, to send club emails. See the privacy policy.

10. Disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a problem, the customer first contacts hello@burnoutclub-paris.com. If no agreement is reached, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Customers living in another EU country keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
